Message: Dear All, We have just got the lovely box of flowers how nice of you to send them, they have bucked me up no end, filled four vases. We are up to our necks, what a mess we have had, and still have. Uncle Tom is having a week off next week, so we hope to get a lot done by weekend. We have been waiting for this job to be done, next to the decorating. Thank you ever so much for the flowers, also Mrs. Buckingham. Tell Christopher we won't be able to see him perform. We hope they both have a lovrly time. we should have gone to Emily's for the weekend
